Just yourself! We provide towels, earplugs, and everything else you'll need for your float.
The 1,000 lbs of epsom salt acts as a natural disinfectant. We also use hydrogen peroxide, ultraviolet filtration, and a unique Floataway filtration system that filters the salt water between every float session.
People with claustrophobia consistently report no problems with floating. If you'd prefer, you can float with the doors open and lights on - you always have control of the environment.
Many people fall asleep, but the water is so buoyant, that you'll stay afloat!
We strongly believe everyone should have an opportunity to float. If there are special circumstances that would warrant two people in a cabin (i.e. a child floating with their parent or persons with disabilities who are interested in floating), please contact us directly so we can make the necessary arrangements.
Floating has been around for over 60 years, with plenty of published research to back it up. The Laureate Institute for Brain Research has compiled a list of studies, available for viewing at: https://www.clinicalfloatation.com/
"I felt like I was laying under the stairs while floating in a natural spring bath! It's better than shopping therapy! Ladies, and Gents, the staff is very professional, and sanitation/cleanliness is above average. You are also welcomed with bottled water or tea, and a comforting smiling face. You can feel the positive energy as soon as you walk through the door. You don't need a swimsuit or a towel, everything is there for you!"
"From the ambiance to the thoughtful receptionists, my experience at Saha was second to none. Best part about the experience was their huge cabins! I was a little worried I'd be claustrophobic getting in, but these float cabins are huge!
Such a great experience overall and highly recommend this place for anyone interested in wellness. I'll definitely be coming back to try their infrared sauna and float combo. See you soon Saha!"
"This was my first time ever doing a float and I couldn’t have picked a better place. They walked me through everything that would happen and all the little stuff to make it an even better experience. The float itself was so special. It was relaxing and calm and such a beautiful clean space. This is my new yoga and possibly my new ritual before a big day ahead. Thank you so much for having the space in a much needed environment!"
"This is by far the best float spa I have ever been to. The sauna is a wonderful addition too! They are reasonably priced and the staff are polite and accommodating. The float area is large so you aren't cramped in a pod--you can float around just like the Dead Sea! It is very clean, and everyone wore masks. Definitely worth going!"
"Wow. I was welcomed by the owner, Ellen, and swiftly shown into the room. Every last detail is taken into account. The impressive rooms with incorporated showers and a floor I wanna take home. The pool itself is immaculate. Beat of all... no suit needed beyond your birthday outfit!
A family owned business worth supporting. All CDC guidelines are observed. A fantastic experience from the moment I stepped into the spa until I walked out...still walking on clouds."
