Anias
Owner & Operator
Born and raised in Sacramento, Anias began her wellness journey at age of 12 when she found yoga. This practice not only helped her cultivate physical strength and flexibility but also fostered mental clarity and emotional balance. It laid the foundation for her lifelong exploration of holistic wellness.
Alongside her dedication to wellness, Anias developed a deep passion for art from a young age, and is currently continuing her education in studio art. Art has always been central to her approach to life, enriching her self-expression and helping her connect more deeply with the world around her.
As she grew older, Anias sought natural, holistic approaches to deepen her sense of well-being and strengthen her mind-body connection. She discovered float therapy, which helped her overcome insomnia and opened the door to the many benefits of sensory deprivation. This transformative experience provided her with inner peace and renewed vitality, reinforcing her commitment to holistic health.
With over 10 years of experience in float therapy, Anias has seen how life-changing these practices can be. As the owner of Saha, she is dedicated to making float therapy accessible to the Sacramento community, creating a welcoming, luxurious space where others can experience the same profound transformation. Her mission is to offer a sanctuary for self-care, healing, and rejuvenation—an oasis where individuals can disconnect from the noise of daily life and reconnect with themselves on a transcendent level.
